so my tranny went out completely and i took it to a buddy of mine and this is what he said and the price. plus some other stuff.

billet input, output, and intermediate
double deep pan
triple disc converter
hd racing clutches(reds)
direct drum
remove heater
tranny temp guage and mount
re-run tranny cooler lines
converter lock up switch
performance valve body(suncoast)
exhaust manifold install
intake manifold install
re plumb all guage lines and water meth lines
and thats all i remember but allt hat for
$7,000

is that a good price?

im gonna put in a lock up converter controller later.

the problem with a crate tranny is that if u dont have a registered installer put it in there is no warranty and there arent that manny certified to work on them in my area. i dont want a crate tranny but just for all of that is it a good deal?

im probably forgetting something, but thats most of it.

i did this for around $3500 in parts.

Where are you located? Let's get you to a place that know's what it is doing. Anyone can spec out billet this, red clutch that, making it all work right is something else.
