air to water intercooler question

haha no kiddin. i havent had a paycheck for a month and a half cause im at school for my job. sucks azz!! but once i get out ill be makin good money and doing what i love.. turning wrenches on big diesels.
 
Where you goin to school at and are there advantages to one of these for a street truck or are they for offroad use only?

You could run one on the street but keeping cool water to it would be a problem. You would have to pull over about every 30 minutes and refill with ice LOL

Not if you run a heat exchanger, with a heat exchanger you will atleast run close to ambeint temps.

im going to a small school up in toledo ohio. caterpillar has a trianing program set up through them and thats where the dealer i work for is sending me.
