Hey guys, I have been wanting to upgrade injectors for a while now. I was set on a set of 7x12 sac nozzle, but now I am having second thoughts. Right now my set up is: Non benched 913 pump, 5k's, 181's. 24* Rv275's which I think is a 7x8, correct me if I'm wrong. Injectors at vp pressures. No plate, pre boost all the way out, starwheel fairly tight. 66/74 billet. Around town and normal driving it runs super clean and spools pretty good.15 psi by 1900ish rpm. Max boost around 45-50 psi. However, on a hard WOT run I can still peg my 1600 deg pyro. Moderate to heavy smoke at WOT. In my mind it shouldn't be getting this hot and should clean up the smoke better considering my small injectors. No boost leaks. I want the power of the bigger injectors but I don't think I can handle it being much hotter or dirtier. What are you guys opinions?
