62 showed up. Middle of doing the install thing. (Slowly)

I have a “blade runner afe” for a second gen laying out back. Thinking about seeing if I can keep my ac and that.

It’ll be Ve powered of that’s the question?

I just have one of my older Giles pumps on it now. Really not sure what I’m doing with the truck. I have a few different sets of infinites injectors to put in but right now it just has factory injectors.

I actually ended up owning Ken Currie‘s 14mm that Giles built many many years ago. Kinda thinking about sending it back to him and seeing what he can do with it. Time and money right ..

Just a fun little truck I’m slowly playing with. We’ll see where it goes.

The 62 causes significant interference with the factory a/c system? Excuse my 1st gen ignorance!
 
Crew cab is sitting out back. Me and Holley got into it during china virus over their ECU shortage. Kinda lost interest, but I have 95% of the **** for it now, just need to find motivation for it again.

Any hoot, VE stuffs-
I need to make some lower mounts and trim off the bosses for the mounts but I think this is gonna fit decent. Pipes it came with for a second gen look like I’ll be able to make them work. I’ll just need to make a 3”-2.75” for the 351-pipe boot. Condenser is moved between rad and IC. I’m sure I’ll run into a bunch more issues but very happy on first run moch-up. As of right now my eye ball meter says I’ll need to trim part of the battery tray, some of the passenger inner fender.

Ahhhhhhhh! Bladerunner Intercooler. I was certain you couldn't be referring to that nearly useless appearing AFE intake horn as causing ac interference, completely forgot about their intercooler offering, so I assumed you were referring to a bladerunner turbo... 😂:rolleyes:
 
I was thinking you would be using the VE. Just more curious about the injector size. Possibly wanting to run a similar turbo as the 62 on a VP truck, although it's some what different.
