I was reading the NHRA rules and maybe I read it wrong... but I think it said somehting about have a flexplate shield.. so I was looking around and found some TF727 stuff but not sure if they fit.. I guess I can make one as long as it meats the rule and take pictures and it will pass.. anybody bought one and where did you get it???
 
Don't know if a 727 shield will fit you do need one a 9.99 and a trans shield at 10.99 or as soon as you have a transbrake if I remember correctly and it has to be sfi certed so that may be a problem with building one. though no tech inspector has ever crawled under my car to see the sticker
 
That's what I was gonna say, so far the blanket is the only thing I could find. I heard of one of the duramax trucks with a 47 got a 727 shield to work with very little modification, maybe someone will know or they will see this. I don't even know what truck it was.
 
well I guess I will call tci on monday... see what info they have...
