Anyone got advice for my setup

Im looking for some more hp out of my setup, I know a setup like this can make 630hp. but im only making 532@2800rpm and 410-420@ 4000rpm.
My specs are 24v H2 cam, cds 215pump with full cuts and 5kgs, .093 lines and tubes, wicked 6x14 injectors, and ED s465 charger.

what about different injectors, i would talk to smokem he seems to know his sheet about injectors ie pop pressures and other tweaks. i havent heard much good about the larger lines. jus tsome thoughts
 
is weston making 24v injectors also?

my only concern is whether your pump is what you were told it was. i got mine from someone i knew but with things like pump mods its hard to tell what you bought.

It defenitly has full cuts in it and the holders have been opened up, I think that columbus usually opens them up when maxing out a pump. but no 100%

but that still doesnt prove that he pump is what he says it was. if new injectors dont work, my suggestion is to find a good local diesel shop and have them flow the pump to see what its really putting out.

Never said it did but just some facts on the pump.
 
oh yea, ditch the full cuts too.

Ya... it was my recolection that the full cuts can really hurt your dyno numbers... as well it seems that many drag racers have also had less than favorable results?

it depends. i think in a worked pump that already flows a good bit they re a bit much, but i know someone this week with a pump thats never been off the truck that went from 181's or 191's to full cuts and picked up a few ponies.

but that truck has twins also. i think with big singles the full cuts are hurting you by putting the fire out early on. i have no data to prove it but thats just what it seems like to me.
 
From the vids u posted u have to much fuel IMO,, u need to play with the plate and yr timing , u look to have a decent setup just needs some fine tuning some luck out on Ppump24v and some dont , I saw a few on the dyno and they ranged from 400+ to 500+ ,, dyno #s can b hearbreakers doesnt mean the truck cant hang with one making 100 more

i couldnt see any vids on my govt comp.
TJ i had my pump bench and maxed out with full cuts, i gained 100hp on the dyno just by having the pump benched. i dont think it is the full cuts, i thin kit has something to do with the big lines, or maybe a combination of the full cuts with the big lines. i havent heard anything good about .093 lines, now tha tis on a 12v, but it is something ot think about. TJ whatis dif from your setup to this one?
 
cam, injectors, and i have .084 lines


i need to dyno my new set-up and do some testing with DV's
 
TJ-the smaller lines, you gain what small amount of pressure the ppump puts out over the volume the larger lines give. i would start there, Got Milk. but thats me, if the fuel isnt atomizing very well then you arent going to put the numbers down that you should. not as hot of a combustion. just thoughts.

what timing are you running?
 
Lines. If you have your original ones, switch them out and try it. You might be surprised.
