Anyone in SW MI with a smarty? Want high idle flash

Anyone from south west mi with a smarty?? Could they flash my truck with the high idle flash for me?

I didn't think you could on 2nd gens. I could be wrong though.

2nd gens have the best high idle. When it is really cold they shut down 3 of the cylinders!

Ya my truck was a southern truck, needs the flash, it's that or I take it to the dealership and have my buddy do it.

quick question. About a year ago my 01 cummins with an edge juice w/attitude started to high idle. I dont know of anyones 2nd gen doing this unless it had a smarty. It was 19 degrees that morning and its been that cold since then and has never done it again. Are they suppose to ? sorry for barging in on your convo with this question.

Coolant under 60, iat under 32 goes to high idle. Coolant under 60, iat under 15, goes into 3 cylinder high idle if I remember right.

You don't have to have a smarty to get high idle, but smarty will enable it. Even if you remove it from the truck.

I need it to be reflashed, it sat out in sub 20* weather for a day and a half not plugged in and didn't go into high idle.
