Anyone in the SE Mass or RI area have an IDS?

My buddy has 03 6.0 in his shop for injestor problems, he pulled a code when it first got here and replaced #2 injector, its still not right. Apparently he needs a Ford IDS scantool. Anyone around got one? If you do and are willing to help out I'm sure it will be worth your while email me justind1203@yahoo.com
