APPS, is this right? Big Blue's directions.

Do a search on TDR, cumminsforum, or DTR for the timbo replacement APPS sensor or something like that.

I don't get how the actual adjustment is made. My apps is currently off and will be replaced in a day or two and I'd like to set the new one up correctly. There's four hex screws- two that hold the sensor on and two more on the plate. I removed the two that hold the sensor in place and for the life of me can't figure out how to adjust it. At this point I'm guessing that if I loosen the remaining two screws I can rotate the sensor?

I sent some PM's yesterday trying to get some clarification from those who have done this before, but I'm still confused.

The new one should already be set at the correct voltage. If not, when you pull the black plastic cover off you'll see I believe it's 6-10mm bolts. Remove those and that will allow you to get to the sensor. On the sensor right by the white tag there are two torx head screws (very fragile so be careful) that you need to loosen up about 1/2-1 turn. Twist the sensor towards the front of the truck to raise the voltage and towards the back to lower it.
