Relief cuts are .270

I have managed to do that,, lol. So these pistons, will they only work with the plate? Or would the compression be higher if the plate wasnt there... also what is the bowl configuration?

No these are for a non deckplate engine. They are for a 6.7,4.25 bore.

So it would be 12 to 1 as they sit? I am running a 6.7 engine,,, the big part that bothers me is the low compression... I start to worry at 15 to 1 lol

Probably a better explanation is to take the cylinder pressure from the cast cylinder walls up into the area of the deckplate.
