I would like to make a new thread where is all my T-25 project mods included.

OK here is small intro :
My daily driver (so called T-25 project) is Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 '98 ,12 V Cummins ,QuadCab, automatic, black, long bed, 4.10:1 ratio, weight 7050lbs

Here is my Current mod list: #10 fuel plate, ATS 3pcs exhaust, 16cm turbo housing (without westgate, max boost 35psi), full 4'' exhaust, sport model grill and pumpers,Tuff Country 5'' lift kit, H2 wheels and 35'' tires.

Next mods (waiting to install): HTT turbo (Hx35) upgrade kit, stage III with 6 blade 60mm wheel, marine 370 Hp injectors (from Piers), 4K governor spring kit (Piers), 60lbs valve springs

Also I have one spare Cummins 12V engine. If my budjet will allow, it will crate more than 600 hp
More info about my virtual (I hope soon it will be rality) 600+ engine is here

Note:
To install HTT stage III upgrade to Holset HX35, the turbo bearing housing have to be machined to accept bigger 60 mm compressor wheel (6 blade)

What does the hx35 upgarade run?
Copy from http://www.htturbo.com/

STAGE III UPGRADE COMPRESSOR HOUSING AND 60mm High Flow WHEEL - 95-02 DODGE/CUMMINS
$238.00 (housing and wheel only)

This upgrade converts your stock HX35W turbo to our most popular HX35/HX40 hybrid turbo.
It increases the air flow capacity of your stock turbo to match the increased fuel flow of performance fuel injectors and performance chips.
Your stock compressor wheel measures 54-56mm. This is a 6 blade wheel measures that 60mm. It also features a larger "major" diameter for optimal flow. This wheel flows more air and it helps reduce EGT's even further

Those are some good Photos! How many CTD's are in your area?

In my coutry we have maximum 25 Diesel Ram trucks ,:woohoo:
and 3 of them are '98 12 V quad cabs :ylsuper: (black, red and silver)

They are mostly gen II 96-97 models, few gen II 24 valves and 3 or 4 genIII (2004 /2005 models)

That is awesome. What kind of money do they go for around there? I'd imagine they are sought-after items

They go around 14K...16K $ for 94....97 CTD´ engine and 18K...20K $ for 98 12V quad cab. The new Dodge RAM 2500 Qual Cab Laramie 5.9 TD R6 will cost around 62K $. Like AsTross told we have in Estonia only 3 ´98 12V truck and the owners wont sell this trucks.

I mesured milage and here is result:

1. stock tires and 4,1 ratio : --> average 14-15 mpg

2. 35 tires and 4,1 ratio : ----> average 18-19 mpg :ylsuper:

Besically 35 inch tires and 4.1 ratio is the same as stock tires and 3.55 ratio

update:

Piers 370 hp injectors installed :rockwoot:

Now it smokes like hell :evil ...... and much more power :ylsuper:

...but my tranny hates me  :badidea:

I hope my spare tranny will arrive in saturday, it feels more secure to continiue tests (but its just pure stock  )

We have track test day in 8.07 and US Car show and drag in 14-16.07

I want to show them pure Cummins power, but this year the weakest link is tranny.

My Next mods (before test day):
60 lbs valve sprigs
4K covernor kit
HTT stage III turbo upgrade

:evil

One thing I do not understand : why my boost pressure remains the same ?

My previous mod was : non-wastgate 16 cm turbo housing , full 4 inch exhaust, ATS ex-manifold, #10 fuel plate fully forward, more timing

This setup made max 35 psi boost and small amount black smoke. Same setup with stock fuel plate made max 28 psi boost.

After 370 Hp injector install , it makes huge amount smoke , but my max boost is still 35 psi

How its possible? :frown:

Normaly more fuel = more boost

Do I have boost leak?: .. or someting ......

I fixed my boost issue :evil :

I installed HTT stage III turbo impeller (60 mm and 6-blade) and new housing.

Now my max boost is : 40 psi and it clears smoke :ylsuper:

And now I have much more low end torque, even with 16 mm ex-housing.

I reccomend this upgrade with 370 injectors and # 10 fuel plate

:woohoo: :woohoo:

Yank the plate out..... it wil smoke more LOL

My next fuel pump mod will be :

fuel rack plug install ( same as Mack truck)
and more timing

..... but this is only after tranny repair .....:1tooth:

Today I have feeling like it's christmas time.

I got shippment from US.

Here they are , :

Will you be rebuilding that spare trans with a perf. kit and valvebody? And are you using an aftermarket converter? These items will REALLY wake up the ol rig......
