Hi Scott
The NHRDA is only putting on the Drag Race part of blackout. Yes you are correct about NADP using our rules.

My vote would be that if you can get together enough trucks to make an exhibiition class i bet Barry and the NADP boys would be up for that and also about getting cash for that class also. Just my 2cents

Due you know how many trucks you can rally up for Blackout.

You guys are coming up correct . I believe i owe your crew a round of :Cheer:

see you there

You bet we will be there. We left our truck and trailer up in Denver so the drive wont be near as far, and so we could save a little extra $.02 on fuel costs. See you there!

I just Talked to barry and the rules have not been set in stone yet as there are states guys that run diffrent rules than we do here. We will make this a fair run so everyone can play.

Cory, I looked into attending earlier they have three classes:

Street Stock
Street Modified
Super Modified

The problem for us is the DOT tires in the Super Modified class :( I am hoping they change that for next year.

Thanks, and my bad I should have mentioned that I spoke with Dennis Michael the event coordinator over a month and a half ago when I was finalizing my schedule.

16 Days left man i can not wait , with an estimated 175 trucks this event is going to be awesome and plenty of media coverage also.

Yep, been working on the rules with Dennis. Hopefully he'll have something all squared up by the time we get there. I haven't heard anything back yet.

See you guys in Edmonton!!!!

Which hotel is everyong staying at? Planning to make my reservations today. Looking at the competitor info sheet, it looks like the two "preferred" hotels are Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn.

Thanks,
Michael Pliska

Damn wish I could make this one, going to be in Alaska fishing. I come back the 17th...:bang

If your looking for a good hotel one that isnt on the list is the royal executive located in nisku alberta (about 4 miles from the track) also anyone bringing holiday trailers or campers that does not want to stay at the track has free parking at my place (about 1 mile from the track)

The track gates will be open all night for those who are camping there. So if you leave to the After party and come back at like 2am you will be able to get back into the track.
