OH man that sucks! I hope you get everything sorted out. Hurt the rear of the truck at all, or just pride hurt?

Riped both my main and saftey hitch off, bent the frame at the bump stops, bent the weight bar down were it went into the dirt and destroyed the transfer case and broke both rears:doh:

This is what happens when the transfercase lets go at 5k and locks up the whole damn truck. I will have more pics when i get the truck out of the trailer and my neck quits hurting

Spoke with him there said it was a new frame they put in this winter and didnt box it in far enough, stoppped at the ladder bar and thats were it broke oh and dont forget:nos: thats a 6800 truck and they can run NOS or a blower

yea im some what ok, my neck and head hurt. The bad thing that is the same chassis setup we ran all last year and at Keystone indoor pull only thing that was different was the charger, so i was pretty lucky it did it there and not 12 hours from home.
 
I guess as long as your ok that is the important thing. The truck can be rebuilt. Rob
 
Dang man, TJ said something about it this morning. Glad that you are OK for the most part. Looks like it was a heck of a ride just by looking at the pictures, can not wait to see the video.
 
I heard the impact from behind the grand stands. I got a shot of it that I will load up in the AM from the other side of the track

Wow that's a lot of damage coming out of one pull, thought those Profab's were bulletproof.....
 
Was that a billet profab? Did you ever catch the transfercase on the trailer loading or unloading, or maybe on a scale?

:umno: thats what i thought i will post the pick of the gears in the AM fromthe dropbox. Normally they take a tooth or 2 off when they break this took every tooth off of the top gear and it is almost smooth now
