Thats why they came out with the regulator. You can change the boost level that it opens and closes with.

That is one hugely expensive setup when you add in a regulator when a $35 boost elbow can accomplish the same thing. My SDX diverter is working like day one and I hope it continues to do so (knock on wood). I've been talking about these things forever and saying all along the key is durability. So far this valve, after getting the revised verions with the butterfly welded to the shaft, has been flawless! The actuator these things use is rediculously strong!
Not sure how the BD piece is fed but fuel line and some steering shaft collars has worked perfectly for me. You can see the pics on my spool flange thread.
