well with a little talk going on in the cr section, I figure I would ask opinions on who's fuel do you guys run, I most try to fill up at bp around here.

we have

bp
sunoco
speedway

a truck stop that carries

speedway
t/a
pilot
sunoco

any diff in the fuels from you notice

I just lost 6 injectors to fuel and some other guys have had problems, I run a fass 150 with filters, 10 micron, I have a 3 on there now though.

if you guys have other fuel stations please compare maybe? I also run additive to help the injectors and fuel.

doesnt really matter to me i try to hit truck stops cause they circulate the most amount of fuel and frequently recieve fresh fuel. the smaller stations out in bfe are the ones i try to avoid cause there fuel isnt used up as fast and could set for a while.

Cheapest. I don't care what color the sign is.:hehe:
I do hit Pilot a lot when I travel.

i fill up the auxillary tank at oil patch (red dye diesel)

Meijer has a good blend. I believe they are only in Mi, but I have seen an increase of 2 mpg running their fuel.

I'd have to go with the logic that the place that has the cheapest fuel locally is usually one of the better places to fill up, based on what others have said above, as they tend to move more based on their lower price, as well as their location (wether it is just off interstate, or along another major road).

i prefer bp..maybe its cause its the only place around here thats still got low sulfer. but i have noticed that it runs smoother and quiter

The Indian Reservation.

Diesel in town: $289.99

Diesel on the reservation: $239.99.

we dont have any of those stations out this why, but a few people i have talked to including a guy that does fuel station tanks and pumps, said use a station that sees alot of traffic they tend to be cleaner less algie build in the tanks and less water and junk in the tanks.

I go with Kroger (grocery store that has fuel). They move enough to never have old fuel, but they don't move a LOT, so the fuel isn't stirred up like it is at those that move a lot of fuel (if you believe in the sediment in the tank theory).

Ive allways fueled my truck up at the local shell truck stop and never had problems and they are the only ones around with 100 percent no 2

i usually fill up with Conoco where im at. put Chevron in it a few times and the truck dosent like it at all. will never fill up at the T/A they carry Tesoro diesel here and had a big problem with contaminated fuel a year or so ago

Meijer has a good blend. I believe they are only in Mi, but I have seen an increase of 2 mpg running their fuel.

I get Meijer diesel also here in IL. I have also noticed a MPG increase of 1-2mpg over speedway or mobile.

i fill up wherever i want. normally the cheapest i can find. there arent any stations around that i wont go to. only 1 mobile that my friend got like 3 bad tanks of fuel from. never had a problem fueling up anywhere in socal.
