Honestly I try and pick a station that supports some sort of motorsports. There is a sunoco around here I go to now just cause they are involved. Even though it is a gas sport.
 
What about as far as performance goes, not just fuel milage and price. I usually fill up at the BP station locally because of the lower price and i do get a little better milage out of it. Other than that I try to find the cheapest if i travel. But as far as performance it seems I have better results at the Marathon stations. No Sunoco stations around here unless i travel north. For all out performance I notice alot use Scheids special blend in the 5gal barrels.
