best year Common Rail Cylinder head

i guess its a give and take, i would rather have a messed up head than to have a seat drop , then you have a messed up head and motor.
 
Im PRETTY sure a friend said that he has done more 06s than any other year for droped seats. He is a dodge cummins tech
