Block dimensions?

I need the rear block dimensions for a 24 valve cummins bolt hole locations and crank center etc.....

I would greatly appreciate any help. Cummins will not supply this info.
 
I originally purchased howards adapter for installing my allison transmission. i guess he went out of business and now I need to make may own. I have a machinist with a cnc mill and we want to make sure that the crank center is dead on when we machine the billet adapter.
 
draw up something showing exactly what you want and I will measure next time I'm down at the shop
