Blowing Gaskets

He is not running a thermostat. I will get him to do a carbon test on the coolant as well.

I am not 100% sure on the RPM but I think its right around the 4500rpm mark
 
He did hot re-torques on it to get to final torque.
He checked the block and head for flatness and everything worked out.

We are leaning to coolant pressure as well.
He is getting an electric water pump in for it and going to try that out. hopefully that will work.

I will let you guys know if that fixes it or not.
 
He hasn't had a chance to get his truck back together yet. We are upgrading to 14mm studs as to what some of the big guys have told us.

Once we get it back together we will let you know
