Who has pushed the limits on these trucks on the road so far? Where are we seeing failures? What are the blocks supporting? What's the crank good to with billet rods and good balanced rotating assembly. Working on a build at the moment just trying to see where I should call it good. Looking to go as far as I can and still drive the truck to work on a daily basis. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Ah damn. I thought H&S was going to break a Cummins.

head gaskets have been my down fall so far and that seems to be a lot of other peoples issues also. i ditched the stock turbo in favor of a 66 from ED with a stainless t4 manifold along with some custom tunes. also upgraded to the arp 625's from 425's to try and keep it sealed.
