Hey guys i am going to have to sell my truck. I cant justify having it anymore as a DD when i commute 1 mile to and from work daily.. going to a Tacoma or WRX

The Good-
Has Isspro pyro,tranny,and boost gauges
Motor was overhauled at 252000. Rings, Crank bearings, springs, new rods, head..... to much to list.
Quad ADR 4k PV2 monitor
Running Ams oil full synthetic 5w-40 just had an oil analysis which was perfect.
New HD transfercase, front driveshaft and ujoints 8000 miles ago
New SOVP 8000 miles ago Not tapped yet. i do have stealth cover
injectors cleaned and tested (have 2 sets) 8x14s installed and schied L1s
ARP studs
4k springs
silverbullet 66
new boot kit
Goerend auto with billet input and output, t/c lockup
Silverline stainless Duals recently installed.
New Fass 150
I do have all the paperwork with things stated above.
-The not so good-
The body has a few dings dents and scratches..
Rockers have started to show first signs of rust.
Unfortunatly the rear seal has started to seep (going to need a speedy sleeve) 1/2qt after 8000 miles.
Driver seat has a typical tear.
The heater core needs flushing or cleaning but it defenetly still blows good heat.
