built truck needing more

ok truck had a bad oil leak at the old VE so i have started to pull everything too finally install all the parts i uave been hoarding.
current setup was he351 over s475. sdx5x16 powerstroke intercooler 3rd gen intake and second gen lift pump.


The parts i HAVE to install
fass titaniuam 240gpm
steed speed gated manifold
45mm turbosmart diesel wastegate
5x14 injectors from manning performance
150# springs with retainers from manning
billet pushrods
ported and o ringed head with multi angle valve job
banks twin ram intake
colt stage 4 cam
215hp p pump......rebuilt with delivery valves.4k springs
ran 720cc @20*rack at 4000rpm.

i am thinking 700hp with these injectors.

question is.
should i upgrade the he351 while i am in there with wheel or new s300?
should i add a blow off valve?
should i change up the s475/96/1.32 for a S476/88/1.1.

i want fast spool atreet toy that can tow without roo much smoke.
i dont care so much about max hp/power as much as
reliably towing 8k in the mountains.

the VE with 5x16 was a smokey mess that was **** on fule and slow......also starving pump issue under fast deceleration
 
I was running a 351 over 78, 5x.016's, comp cuts, benched 180 pump, stock head, spooled great, towed great, ran clean. Made well over 700hp. Lanky made 928 with almost the same setup.

Now I'm running same setup with a gt4202 primary. Spools even faster, doesn't pull quite as hard up top, but tows like a dream.
 
Sounds like a nice build! But 150# springs?? =should have a flat cam in a few hundred miles! Give Zack a call at Hamilton cams and ask about high pressure springs.
I'll let others chime in on the turbo's! Compounds are not my strong point!

I'm pretty sure 150#s are the 60lbs over springs 12v owners usually buy.

My 98' daily driver is similar with 5x016" injectors, healthy 7mm dv's, not yet benched pump with He351cw over S480 and it tows excellent. I'd imagine with an S475 or a GT4202 like Mike, it would tow even better but I've got no complaints with it's ability to tow with the S480.

Not to plug my own product, but with AFC LIVE, I was able to tow smoke free with 20,100 lbs total weight up over some nasty mountain passes between Utah and Denver, CO.

so maybe i am conservative with my expected power outcome.

i know my 5x14 are what will hold me back maki g big power but coming from a smokey mess i am a little apprehensive about big injectors.

my math tells me my pump is good to 1000hp
