Bully Dog download Problem

A friend has an '07 6.7 and we went to download a tune with a power pup and all it did was show a few numbers and unknown vehicle. After we hooked it up under the dash the screen showed a few options and I selected the download. Then it said to turn the key to the on position, so I did and that is when showed the numbers and unknown vehicle. Any idea on what went wrong or what I should do would be appreciated.

The number that showed up on the screen after selecting download was 55350235AU.

The power pup need to get updated.

So all I need to do is go to bully dog's website, hook the power pup up, and update it.

yes after you updat the pup then it will recognize the part# and work fine
