Burley, ID sled pull june 13

I wish, my bro is getting married

you dont have to go lol, I just finished mine and loaded it on the trailer tonight still needs driveshaft loops though other then that its ready might need another 200 pounds of weight though i havent weighed the truck yet

Good Luck guys, I am trying to finish up my truck this week end, hope the weather is good for you.

Well it turned out to be a great pull. I don't think it rained at all. There were about 20 diesels there.

yep was a good pull i was real impressed being my first hook on the truck and was right up there with the 2.8 guys with a 2.5 turbo.

I was wasnt to happy with my first pull,I think I needed another gear, but now I will know next time

Ya the track was stickier than it usually is. I could have used just a little lower gear too.

I had that orange 12v with the black stack, you had a nice run :Cheer:

Right on! That's a pretty sweet truck. Yeah, I was doing the big hop down the track. I shouldn't have went to more aggressive and stuck with my half worn out toyo a/t's. I really should have broke the front end, after watching the pigeon toe video. :hehe:

Yeah, we'll all be there. We're gonna sort Josh's truck out so he can make some boost. Having a few teething issues with the new engine set-up. Idaho Falls is pretty sandy so it should be good for aggressive tires. Burley was like asphalt, people smoking the tires (literally) isn't cool when pulling.

I'm surprised we didn't see more things break, the track was definitely set for carnage. Every Dmax, was doing the pigeon toe, hopping down the track like a one legged guy in an ass kickin contest. The dodges didn't seem too affected by it, other than not being able to go for the glory gear.

Oooh poor guy..:blahblah1: You got what 200ft? You did much better than my first pull. Everyone has a bad first pull.. Just a fact of life in this sport.
