c16 rebuild ?

Last time wasn't my fault, it was junk ass Cat parts. Head cracked in #1. Think I got it this time, going to run it like it is for a while then throw some more fuel until something else fails.
 
The parts are junk that is for sure, need to find a shop that can rework the heads just like the reman process.

Nothing will piss you off more than opening a cat overhaul kit and having 3 new Pistons and 3 used ones. Used liners, heads that have been surfaced too much to get the cam gear on..... Then have the warranty guy lie to your face and say they don't reuse liners/pistons. And he can't explain why they're the only company that wants them back as cores.
 
Had several cyl heads do that. From I can tell, they are melting them all and going to a new stor casting like the later acerts across the board.
