Cam I.D.!?

Hey Zack I just bought one of your cams from a guy here on CompD
It's supposed to be a 181/210 but there are no markings on it? He said he bought it in 2010. I took a good look at it and some of the lobes are smaller than others can you help me out? Both ends are blank no markings except a J stamped on one end.

Thanks for the info Ryan! Knowing the cr tappets will work on this cam without grinding the lift pump lobe off was great to hear! Was wondering if running my tappets on this cam is ok or if I should buy new ones? I get alot of answers in both directions! Your turn!!

I just ran my tappets. The stock cam looked good so I wasn't worried.
