Can You Figure This one Out

O-ring seals on the crossover tubes or nicked crossover tube?

I had a cheater box hooked up to it and that took care of that thought. Everythig on the eng. has been replaced at least once. The onlything left is the wire harnness that conects the vp and ecm, sensors. Has new vp,ecm, injectors, cam sensor.
 
Have you taken the edge completely off and ran the truck like that?

Also do an overhead on it.
 
The Edge has been off for 6 months. By overhead do you mean adj valvues? Yes they been adj 3 times this last time i set them 8 - 18.
 
draw straw cut to incorrect length ? does it happen at a certain fuel level in the tank?
 
I can't find the year of your truck; if it is a 1998.5 the injector crossover tubes are ONE use only, if you change injectors you need new tubes.
 
Sorry I need to post mods. I have replaced them before but not this last time,there not but about 6 months old.
And no I have not had comp. test yet. I had bypass box hooked back up on it again today and no surge no miss sounds great but as soon as I hook vp back up it starts surgeing. You can make it surge just by turning on the a/c or letting out on the clutch. The way I understand it is the bypass box elimniate the elec. in the vp and ecm. Everything on the outside of eng. is brand new. Droped a little over 4k in01 Dully-Skirted Flat Bed Welding Trk - Weight 9900 - SA 200 Lincoln - Edge Ez - Pricol Optix - Fuel - Boost - Egt Gauges - Bhaf - 5 Inch Diamond Eye Exhaust - Airdog 100 with 150 draw straw - Two Stroke Oil -DDP 50HP Injectors - Amsoil - Southbend Clutch - 234k -jlweldingtx.c parts and still cant fix this thing.
