Changed ICP, and still a leak??

Brake clean the **** out of it. Then retest.

Check your valve cover gaskets, and glow plug seals.

Brake cleaned with an entire can, i think it was residual in the bell housing

Somtimes the oil will get between the engine and transmission. Then it takes a ride around the converter and the flexplate. Once you fix the leak, and then get it warm again. You can still have some oil come back from the inside.
