Cheap Aftermarket Flex Plate???

I'm running one like the first one. I made a 1/8" spacer for the bell housing to make up for the increased thickness of the plate. No issues so far. I drive like I stole it too! and I did break the stock plate and input shaft.

bad place to cut corners, BD's are cheap and race approved, stamped plates are no longer SFI approved for racing, must be a solid piece, dual laminated are not allowed anymore for 11.0 and quicker I believe now, if just for street and DD it shouldn't be a issue

yeah, make sure that you have proper spacing for the increased thickness i know of some people that put one in and couldn't spin the torque convertor, they put it back together (i don't know how) and ruined the pump.

I'm running PRW's fp and have had no issues. Just make sure to contact PRW directly (google them for info.)

I had no issues of clearance with what I have. It's common sense that a certified sfi is a certified sfi, just make sure it's the highest rating, there are several stages.
