That's exactly why I said what I did. It's stupid to risk an engine to see how long a knockoff turbo will last. I believe stupidity should hurt.

ehh... last time i had the pan off on this 02 i put like 3 big chunks of neodymium magnet in there. i aint worried bout the intercooler, i've only seen a turbo fail and mess up an intercooler maybe 0 or 0.5 times now.

yah....i would run one of those knocks ever, i'd let my truck sit for 6 weeks if I had to so i could buy a real turbo that will last.

motor aint worth nothin anyway. i put a motor out of a 98 in it with a block marked 53. waitin on the machine shop to finish my 02 up so i can put it back together. this 98 motor is on it's last leg, i have to start it with ether it's got no compression.
