Choosing a camshaft

I'm debating between stock and the 178-208. If what I been reading and hearing is true the 178-208 should spool my turbo sooner and have more torque on bottom end than the stock cam does, which is what I need. I think anything bigger would be to big for my application. Anybody disagree please explain. Thanks
