To all of those that have contacted me inquiring about their orders, I appreciate your patience and understanding, however I feel as though I should clarify the following;
I do not own, work at, or work for SDX. I assist in supplying parts, product pricing, and product line additions. I am not privy to the day to day operations, although I have stepped in to help as best as I can.
I have enjoyed a working relationship with Chris and Jamie since they began, my main focus is to assist in taking care of any orders I can to show appreciation to the customers who have been loyal to them for the last few years. I will continue to do so, and I would like to Thank everyone who is and has been a customer of SDX.
