I' ve started to notice a clunking sound hen I am slowing down for a light. It'll start around 35 to 40 down til a stop. Looked at the u jionts thinkng it was them again but they are fine. the driveshaft has alittle more play then I think it should but not for sure. any help would be great thanks

its probably your u-joints on the front axle the ones at the steering knuckles. Mine was doing the same thing and that was the problem. Went ahead and replaced both the left and right problem fixed

Yep he is, grab your from drive shaft and give a twist back and forth, you should be able to check them that way if they are real bad.

yep thats the ones, i actually jacked my front end up one side at a time and turn wheel back and forth you should notice some slack between the axle rotation and wheel rotation. If unsure hold yoke off the axle at wheel and the turn wheel to find some slack.
