Pretty nifty calculator to estimate incrementals and gives some interesting MPH data.

Pretty cool that the ol' pig of a crew cab can hit 60 MPH in 3.5 seconds on nitrous. Might suprise some of those 250,000 dollar supercars like you read about in Motor Trend....

You Input: 1/8 mile = 7.722 1/4 mile = 12.09

Here are my ESTIMATES:

-----------------------------------------------------
: Distance : Calc Time : Instant MPH : Trap MPH :
-----------------------------------------------------
: 60 ft : 1.77 : 38.4 : :
: 330 ft : 4.98 : 71.9 : :
: 1/8 mi : 7.72 : 90.8 : 89.7 :
: 1000 ft : 10.09 : 104.0 : :
: 1/4 mi : 12.09 : 113.8 : 112.9 :
------------------------------------------------------

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
: 0-15 : 0-30 : 0-45 : 0-60 : 0-75 : 0-90 : 0-100 : 0-110 : 0-125 : 0-140 :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
: 0.52 : 1.25 : 2.25 : 3.61 : 5.4 : 7.6 : 9.3 : 11.3 : 0.0 : 0.0 :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

G-Force at 60 MPH = 0.45 1/4 to 1/8 Ratio = 1.57

Again (Y/N)?

Does it kick back "Does Not Compute...Truck too slow??"

That could be the problem!!

It won't even load in dos. Just kick it clear out.
But I am sure even if it did my truck would be too slow!!!!!!

thats a pretty cool calculator, wish i had some recent track times with my current mods.

I can't make it work either...then again..I suck at computers so that's probably why.

What versions of Windows are you guys running...some version don't like DOS at all!!

Let me try it!

Chris

ok..........it worked for me

BUT......... when i entered my 60ft and my 1/8 mile time to figure out my 1/4 mile its not that acurate. its close but not that close. my truck picks up more speed at the higher gears. so in the 1/4 i should run pretty good i think. i'll post times whenever i go to the track

its a neat little program there

When I run the numbers on my truck it is very close, going up to the 1/4 or working back down the incrementals.

Do you have an actual slip you could post up your full incrementals? I'd like to see what it is doing...

OK, let me try it on one of those, and see if I can give you a hand!!

Not as easy as slapping a straight axle in a Camaro is it???:1tooth:

I think they are pretty close.

Here are the calculator results: I don't know why it tells me my 60 ft is 0. I entered 1.8

You Input: 60 ft = 0 1/4 mile = 13.9

Here are my ESTIMATES:

-----------------------------------------------------
: Distance : Calc Time : Instant MPH : Trap MPH :
-----------------------------------------------------
: 60 ft : 1.87 : 35.1 : :
: 330 ft : 5.50 : 62.4 : :
: 1/8 mi : 8.69 : 77.1 : 76.1 :
: 1000 ft : 11.50 : 87.2 : :
: 1/4 mi : 13.90 : 94.6 : 94.0 :
------------------------------------------------------

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
: 0-15 : 0-30 : 0-45 : 0-60 : 0-75 : 0-90 : 0-100 : 0-110 : 0-125 : 0-140 :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
: 0.55 : 1.45 : 2.88 : 5.06 : 8.2 : 12.4 : 0.0 : 0.0 : 0.0 : 0.0 :
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

G-Force at 60 MPH = 0.26 1/4 to 1/8 Ratio = 1.60

Again (Y/N)?

Here are the times from my slip

R/T .632
60' 1.868
330 5.609
1/8 8.820
MPH 76.54
1000 11.596
1/4 13.951
MPH 95.30
