I just acquired a CP4 off a 11 dmax. Will it work on top of a dual setup on a 06 dodge?
 
The CP3 is a three valve system, with larger pistons, made to push more volume. While the CP4 is a two valve system, made to push less volume, but more pressures.

Sounds like this wouldn't be a good start. But I'm sure anything is possible.
 
I don't need a lot more volume since there's only 90hp tips in right now. Pressure scares me though.
 
Wouldn't work without some custom plumbing. The CP4 pumps actually have two high pressure outlets. They probably have a different mounting pattern also. I've never looked, but I would be surprised if they weren't different.
 
A good used dmax cp3 can be bought pretty damn cheap. Save the headache and go with what is simple and proven.
