This is the pintle from #4 out of my DD. Had F1 rebuild all injectors and open my flux 2 nozzles to 3.5s 2 years and 40 miles ago. I have stock rail relief and RP gauge. Never see over 24500 rail. Just had to replace the injector body on #4 because of a miss. Put this nozzle on a reman body and it runs fine. Wear looks excessive to me, I can feel the wear with my fingernail. Have had 2 micron filtration and I treat the fuel with howes every tank. Any ideas on cause, remedy?
