crank sensor issue

my truck started acting up lastnight agian, the check engine light comes on,the rpm needle stays at zero and at wot it has no power so im wonderin if i should replace the crank sensor (if that is the problem) and when i turn my truck of it doesnt want to start up agian unless i disconnect battery cables and reconnect them to reset the computer.

Sounds like the crank sensor, but still should check what codes you have.

yeah on my superchip DTC was PO336 and i believe its the signal to crankshaft sender or something like that but i dont know if that means it going out or just not a good connection or just needs to be replaced

Sounds just like my truck. I will be replaceing my crank sensor in the morning.

Yep Thats A Crank Sensor Code But Still Get A Scanner On That And See If The Crank Signal Is Gone Watch The Crank And Can Sensor And Make Sure They Are Close Together

same prob with my truck. wont run cuz injection pump is out but when it did run, check engine light would come on and throw a code, camshaft positioning sensor failure but the truck stays running.

yeah, i got it sometimes where it doesnt want to start also
