1990 Cummins 2WD 727, rebuilt with a SLIP yoke extension housing, as found in cars, vans and some pick ups, no converter, $250.

1995 V-10 4WD 47RH, sold as a core, with converter, $350.

2004-1/2 MECHANICAL LINKAGE 48RE, reportedly a runner, still behind a 5.9 with a hole in the block, includes converter and TV linkages (if needed), $1000.

2006 48RE, seared (fire) nothing melted except sensors and plugs, wasn't very hot, $750.

2012 G-56 6 speed (4wd), also a fire job, no melted aluminum, front and rear seals were still pliable, have a good shifter to replace the one on it, with shifter and handle, $850.

1999 NV4500 2WD, was a runner when removed, includes bellhousing, shifter assembly and fork, $850.

I'm calling it a decent core.
I recommend it be looked into & at least flushed.

Gone. Sold.
No one argued that came and got them, either. :)

Might was well add the following while I am thinking of it.

2 68RFE torque converter CORES, 1 has 6,000 original miles, $120 SHIPPED each.

Front HALF of a 68RFE, from the valve body forward, this is essentially JUNK, but there might be pieces someone wants, pump assembly, drum, front planetaries, miscellaneous crap, Make An Offer???

Mark.

No.
I do have the V-10 47rh and a 2wd 47rh from a Cummins.
