D70 Drum to Disc Brake Conversion, Need Torque specs

No rear breakes until it break again ?

No rear brakes -> ultimate burn out machine :evil
 
Well I've ran around town for a while now without the rear brakes hooked up, but I'm afraid I can't pass tech for racing without rear brakes Any Verification?. In 4x4 all four wheels are breaking anyway and actually seems to work well braking in snow in 4x4.

Is there a safety issue here that I'm not aware of, or do you think I could do without for a while.

The rules require 4 wheel hydraulic brakes. Maybe ask the guy taht just made backing plates for Josh's truck??
 
the backing plates are easy, but they work w/ chevy front calipers/rotors, not the factory stuff
