I'm no auto guy, but I would just hold your brake while building boost. As soon as I saw about 15psi boost, I'd drop the brake and push the go pedal through the floor. Does that sound right auto guys? :hehe:

yep sounds about right make up a lock up switch. You will hit 2nd almost right away then maybe 3rd but doubtful with 3.55s. I hold the brake and dont look at the gauge just go by feeling. Pulling with an auto is easy and easier on the truck to IMO

alright i got a good idea of what to do i got 4.10s in mine so i figure i should do decent

Git a Drag comp. My truck with 150's, 64/71/14,drag comp and tight converter ran really good last year. Depending on track conditions depends on what gear you should run.

Loose track, Third gear locked converter.

Sticky track, Second gear locked converter.

Never sounded like your converter locked in the second vid. When mine locks the truck starts to grunt. tight converter 2nd gear locked 3.54's tight track

any idea on what turbo i heard on cummins forum that a silver bullet will get too toasty? any other ideas or where i can get one like a s465

a silver bullet would run pretty good but they have a hard time passing tech sometimes. They are a little more streetable then a S465 it seems
