Just to let you know. If you have the afe stage2 xp intake, the cfm+ kit will not fit. The cold pipe is .5 inch bigger and tooooo big. It looks great but will not fit because of the batt tray. I dont know how I am going to mod this yet but it sucks!:doh:

Here is a few minus the air box

It is VERY close to the top fuel filter cap and touching the trans dip stick. Thats why I only have one clamp on the top boot right now.

I had hell getting that intake to fit with the Banks High Ram and piping....Just shim the batter box up and it should go just fine. I think I had to raise mine about 1/2"

I didn't have any problems with my CFM+ intake pipe. It fit like a glove. I don't understand why you are having problems with that. I get the interference problems with the intake, but the pipe should fit just fine.
