Dana 70 Drum swap to a Dana 80 Disc Help

I'm looking to swap out my dana 70 drum in my 96 12v auto to a dana 80 disc brake rear. Has anyone done this that can tell me how many things need to be changed or customized? Proportioning valve? ABS? Thanks
