How much for the 4.10 rear end & the hd transfer case?Is the transfer case from a manual trans truck or auto? Where are you located?

I have been asking $2500 for the d-80( the axels and carrier are schied hd same as Brad Ingram currently uses) and $1000 for the t case. It is off of a 5-speed. I am some what flexable on the price.
I am about an hour NE of St.Louis, Mo.
