dead stroker emergency

my brother in law has an 05 6.0 stock, eccept the exhaust. Today his truck died on him while drivin, when he stopped and looked around he found that his rear main seal blew. It aint throwin any codes, is there a sensor that will let it crank but not start, mabey like a low oil presure sensor, he never lost all the oil so the block is ok, just wont fire

Did he lose a substantial amount of oil? The oil pressure sender in these trucks is useless. Once it reads more than 7PSI it shows normal value on the dash. Below that the check gague light comes on.

Lost 2 much oil

If these motors lose 2 much oil, they shut down. Fill with oil, and it will probably start. Still need to repair rear main.
