thinkin about buyin one of these for my commonrail, anybody got experience with these things? i just wanna run it at the 100hp gain most of the time and rarely on the 160hp, still have a stock trans but it barely has 100k on it, tranny should hold up if i dont romp it all the time right? any help would be great! thanks

I had one on my old 04.5 before modding it to be a puller. I have to admit I loved that thing. I got the best fuel milage and it had plenty of low end power to add to it. Never had a problem with it on mine. Although the EGT's were a little high with it. I did get the manifold too hot one day and it broke the #6 exhaust manifold bolts off in the head. Only reason for that was because we were running late to a pull that was 5hrs away, towing about 15K pounds up the hills in eastern Ky and never fell below 80mph on the 90hp tune. Warped the manifold so bad that it wouldn't bolt back up to the head at all and had to order an ATS 2 piece.
