DIY Head Oring Machining

Does anybody know the radius of the o-ring grove from the center of the cylinder bore? I am machining my head today and don't know exactly what diameter the grove centerline should be... What is the industry standard? I am using .041'' 316. thanks in advance guys.
 
I would think you would use the head gasket to lay it out and try to center it over the fire ring.
