If I go that route it will be a third gen motor.

Dmax is good and all but I dislike the constant wrenching required when running over 600 hp. When it comes to diesel design... If its Jap it's crap is what I am saying. lol

Ah I see. I was looking at getting one of the 6.4's myself. 5.9 CR's wont fuel tothe RPM's that a Dmax will or the 6.4's will. Those piezo injectors are bad mothers.

Your not running a Common rail.

It will spin 4000K but it will not fuel to it. I think 3800 is the best you can hope for. The solinoids in the injectors cannot fire any faster that that.
