Dodge front axle

it was a couple of yrs ago--some stupid plastic ring part that would let the locker engage and disengage while driving on the freeway--was kind of interesting there a few times before I got off on an off ramp----broke the driver's side front axle and both driveshafts and the rear pinion yoke this AUG and that's why I'm upgrading--chris

Any pullers ever upgrade to the dynatrac free spin kit?

I did on my ford dana 60 , just replace the lock outs with drive flanges or they will just break.

the EMS kits use redrilled ford units and from what ive read they dont fit the best and they are always WAY back ordered....and they dont have the best customer support either......

I've been happy with setup but I am putting different gears in and am just about done with EMS as I have called 7 or so times already for new seals and they don't call back!!

What do you think you'll go with? Dynatrac? Or just live with the EMS setup and customer service? I lost the passenger side wheel bearing on my 97 and was thinking of running their setup to get rid of the factory stuff, price seems good. But if the service is subpar I will look elsewhere.

I finally got ahold of Eric at EMS, they are switching shops and apparently some of the "temporary" help he currently has are "sub-par".. They didn't relay the messages from me to call back.

I got the extreme duty front bearing conversion kit with the drive flanges and it should be installed this week.
