Wiring harness. Looks like it plugs into the ECM and Injection pump. Looks to be complete nothing cut off.

HI MOPSD250, Just did a check on the engine # and it is showing a ISB-185 ENCORE Listing. Very strange. Also left cummins with a flexplate so has to be a AUTO. Pass on that ECM THANKS.
