Dodgzilla turbo opinions for compounds?

I'm gonna run a hx40 over ht3b, just hoping for bout 500 since the truck is just for drivin around.
 
I am not worried about spool up that much. Ron would you say one of HTT 64/71/14 internatl gated turbos would be a good secondary turbo for 700 hp.

Or do you think I could do it with a 62/71/14?

I run and built that setup as I had the parts, it's at say 650 with DDP 4's and EGT's are 1600 without water, spool-up is good here at 1300 ft.

On second thought spool up will be somewhat of an issue since I will be driving the truck as a single for a while. So I guess my question is will a 62/71/12 turbo be a good secondary turbo for a 700 rwhp setup, and be decent to drive as a single?
 
depends on how tight your converter is... it won't be "bad", but if youv'e got a really tight converter, it'll be a little doggy
 
convertor is a little tight but I think I can deal with it if it will not be near impossible to spool up.

So a 62/71/12 will be a turbo capable of 700 rwhp in a compound setup?
 
I would do a 62/65 or 62/68 for drivability vs. the 71... it'll spool, obv, but it'll be way more fun just driving around w/ the smaller turbine IMO
